    Good day,

All of the Jetpack Email followers and blog followers are missing.

Any ideas on where to begin on recovery, or if recovery is possible?

    Best wishes

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

With Jetpack, your stats information as well as your followers’ information is all connected to a unique site ID. Looking at your site, it would appear that your data is now linked to a staging site set up via your hosting provider’s tools. It seems it’s been that way for a few months, since late november / early december. This may have happened if you cloned your production site onto that staging site, and then connected that staging site to your WordPress.com account, thus taking over your production site data with that new site.

I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com. You can do so here.

Let us know how it goes.

    Jeremy,

Thank you for fixing the issue for me. It looks like I made the same mistake on my other website as well. Would you please fix the settings on this one as well?
