    Hello,

our Jetpack statistics only shows the page views for my user, not for the other users.

    Hello Bj?rn,

Can you please give a link to your site so we can check the stats from our end?

If this is for logged-in users on your site, make sure you have Jetpack configured to count views from the relevant user roles. You can find that setting at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/traffic – click on the Site Stats section to expand those options.

Can you please confirm if this is for visits by logged-in users, or just regular visitors on your site?

If this is for logged-in users, have you checked that your Jetpack settings specify that visits from those user roles should be tracked?

I want to see, how many not logged-in users visited our site for example 100 users clicked on my posts and 50 users clicked on posts from another author.

How do you know that number of people clicked on your post?

I’ve visited your site several times while checking it, and every visit of mine was recorded in your stats, so from what I can see everything is working as it should.

    Yes, every visit counts correctly.

But if you open a post from me, I can see that you opened a post which was created by me. So there is a counter for my user ?bkiehle“ which counts correctly. But we also have other users and there is no other counter if someone open theire posts. So there are two counters: One for my posts and one for all other posts. I want to see which user has how many clicks on the posts she/he created.

So you’re speaking of the Author stats module on the stats page.

I can see two author stats shown there for most days, one for you, and one for an unnamed author. There’s no name showing for the other author, because you are the only Jetpack user on the site. Your other users don’t have their own Jetpack connections for the site to their WordPress.com accounts, so we don’t have any data on who those other authors are to display it on the stats page. All Jetpack knows is that those posts were not created by your user account.

If you want the stats page to show data for other authors on the site, have them go to WP-Admin ->Jetpack and connect the site to their own WordPress.com accounts as well.
