Good morning, could this be caused by some kind of blockage – that in Jetpack statistics – there is no view of the titles of visited entries – that is, the title fields have, for example, something like “#377 (not found)”

Isn’t this some setting in this add-on? I think it may be due to All in one security, but I don’t know what setting.

    Hi @danishsard

Can you please try disabling one by one below feature?

if any are enabled mostly these features are issues with other plugins.

    1) Deny bad query string – WP Security > Firewall > Addition firewall rules tab. Deny bad query strings: uncheck the checkbox and save
    2) Advanced char filter – WP Security > Firewall > Addition firewall rules tab. Enable advanced character string filter :uncheck the checkbox and save
    3) 5g firewall rules – WP Security > Firewall > 6G Blacklist firewall rules tab. Enable legacy 5G firewall protection uncheck the checkbox and save
    4) 6g firewall rules – WP Security > Firewall > 6G Blacklist firewall rules tab. Enable 6G firewall rules – uncheck the checkbox and save
    5) XML-RPC disabled – WP Security > Firewall > Basic firewall rules tab > Completely block access to XMLRPC,
Disable pingback functionality from XMLRPC Please uncheck both and save.

I tried all of these, it didn’t solve the problems.

In Jetpack statistics – there are still popular entries of a given day presented as:

    8 4502 (loading title)

    3 1784 (not found)

    3 2750 (not found)

I don’t know what could be the reason for this, so it’s not the add-on that doesn’t allow me to post the title of an entry of popular topics on the jetpack statistics website?

    Hi @danishsard

It seems you have Jetpack Plugin – Stats have some issue.

Can you please provide more details on what the exact issue is if possible by sending a screenshot and more detail?

I do have on one site the Jetpack stats showing fine and AIOS installed.

You can also deactivate the AIOS plugin from the Plugins list and make sure if it is actually that is making issue or any other plugin.

It looks like this, I don’t know what’s causing it. I don’t know how to deal with this. These beers exist – but their titles don’t load in Jetpack.

These numbers are dynamic addresses of existing entries.

    Hi @danishsard

It seems the Post & pages for Jetpack stats for those title showing “not found” there. If I cross check right now in my one of sites it shows Home and AIOS is enabled with most functionality on. So have to cross check in more detail.

Did you try disabling the AIOS plugin and cross-check for future entries.

This stats might not be instant it will take some time to reflect new entires check for that,

Meanwhile, I will try also replicate the issue with Polish language titles if those are used. Also please contact the Jetpack support team if they can help.

    Hello,
I don’t know if it’s the fault of this plugin, but it changes a lot, and others are not related to addresses, etc. Jetpack plugin help does not respond ??

That’s why I suspect 50% that it may be this plug-in.

I’m afraid to disable this plug-in because then I always have problems accessing my website, the website addresses don’t work properly and everything creates a lot of difficulties for me. That’s why I know it can be good, but they are afraid to do it – there are always many problems even getting to the Administration Panel of their own website. That’s why I would like to avoid this.

The second 50%, I have already written a question to the LSC cache plugin – but nothing is known there either.

And did you manage to see the problem with these statistics?

I checked the LS Cache and it’s not her.

It’s either jetpack or All in OS’s fault. Or something completely unclear.

    Hi @danishsard

I have cross checked adding Polish language content but it also seems not the issue. So not sure what is the issue and the page titles are captured

    https://snipboard.io/P3oTqO.jpg

    It seems jetpack issue

This is also possible. Thank you very much for your help. It means a lot to me.

So I will try to look for answers in Jetpack itself – although no one answers their forum there ??

I guess they made too big a piece of the cake in the jetpack and they can’t eat it… ??
