I clicked “set up Jetpack” and it takes me to the site provided here. I scroll down to click “start for free” and it just brings me back to my wordpress account with the same “set up Jetpack” button. It just keeps going in a loop and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @miorinsa,

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble!

I tried to replicate the loop on my test site with no success. Could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look?

    Hey @miorinsa,

I think the problem here is that your site isn’t yet properly connected to Jetpack.

We’re not able to connect because we can’t verify your server’s SSL certificate. Here’s a report that gives some more details.

Your host’s customer support can help you with this. They need to configure your webserver to supply the entire SSL certificate chain, rather than just your own certificate. You can give them the link I gave you above, and they should know just what to do.

Once they fix that, please disconnect and reconnect Jetpack:

Let us know how it goes!

HostGator support fixed the issue and it seems like Jetpack is working properly now! Thank you!
