    Hello,

I have a site hosted in wordpress.com with own domain. We had jetpack stats working ok, created a staging for making some changes without affecting production site, and once we pushed staging into live site, jetpack stoped gathering stats on live site, but continues with the stats on staging site.

When created the staging (with wordpress tool) I dindn’t have any ‘Safe mode’ notice on jetpack.

I’ve added the safe mode code in wp-config on staging, but I don’t have any option on desconecting/connecting site in jetpack, and also can’t deactivate it from plugins (seems that wordpress.com hosted sites are different from you use your own hosting)

How can I move the staging stats into production site, and so the prod. site starts to gather the stats again, and also we can delete staging.

Hi @ncovello, if the site is hosted at WordPress.com, please contact them directly for priority support. Make sure to be logged in with the account who owns the plan and reach them from https://wordpress.com/help.

For self-hosted sites, we can help but will need the site URL. If you do not want to post the URL publicly on this forum, you can contact the Jetpack support privately?via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.
