Jetpack social icons on top of the Post .

I like to add jetpack social icons on top of my post as well as on the bottom of the post .

I used some codes but that throws error on top of my wordpress admin console .

Not a wordpress PHP or coder pro .. please use plain lamen english.
Please advice.
