Hello. I have connection issues for Jetpack on my site. I take “connection failed” message every time when I click dashboard of Jetpack. It also slows down my WordPress editor very much. Can I do something for this?

    Hi @yyusufalp

After running some tests, it looks like there may be an outdated or incorrect security token on your site causing this problem.

To fix this issue, can you please deactivate and delete Jetpack entirely, and then reinstall it, as described here:

    https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#reinstalling-jetpack

*Please note* you shouldn’t lose any data (including stats and followers), but your settings will be reset so you’ll need to set them again after reinstalling and reconnecting.

Let us know if that helps!

Thank you for support Bruce. I tried a lot of times reinstall Jetpack with this way. But my problem isn’t solved. Is there anything else can I do?

    Hello, there.

Thanks for the reinstallation – That actually showed us a new error that most likely points to us being blocked. When Jetpack reaches out to your site, we’re getting this error back from your server:

transport error: http_request_failed cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

Because of this, I would recommend reaching out to your webhost to first make sure that Jetpack is not getting blocked or limited or is prevented from accessing your xmlrpc.php file. For the best results, you could also have them whitelist the Jetpack IP ranges noted on this page:

    https://jetpack.com/support/hosting-faq/

Once you’ve spoken with them, please let us know if there’s anything we can do from our side to help!

I disabled all other plugins and my problem is solved. Jetpack worked properly. Then, I enabled plugins one by one. It caused trouble some of plugins (Yoast SEO, SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle, WP Classic Editor…) Unfortunately, I must remove Jetpack. Thank you for supporting.

    Hi @yyusufalp

Glad to hear the issue was resolved when disabling other plugins except Jetpack.

Most likely any possible conflict is with one other plugin rather than several, so enabling only Jetpack with one other plugin at a time should help determine if that is the case. We’re also happy to help point you in the right direction if you want to share what problems you were noticing when each of the other plugins are enabled.

I understand you’ve chosen to remove Jetpack but if you change your mind do let us know what you find.
