Jetpack slow down my checkout initialization

    Hello,

    I have a problem with Jetpack plugin when is activated and I try to create a order my check out page need beetwen 8 and 15 second to loade thankyou page.
    With Jetpack disable I need just 4 second.
    Someone can help me?

    There may be something else installed on the site that’s causing problems. The quickest way to figure out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict.

    I know it’s less than ideal, but could you please try the following:

    – Temporarily deactivate all the site’s plugins except for Jetpack and clear your browser’s cache.
    – Then test checkout speed again. If things improve, then we’ll know that another plugin is conflicting here. You can re-enable your plugins one by one, test checkout speed in between, until you find the one causing the conflict. You can leave it disabled or reach out to the plugin developer for a fix.

    There would seem to be a Woo extension that doesn’t play well with Jetpack in there.

    This I test first time,just jetpack and default theme, and I have another 2 site asame theme and plugin and there is working without problems.

    My apologies, but I don’t understand your last message.

    Did you test this with only Jetpack and WooCommerce enabled? Did that reduce your page load time? If you did and the speed of the checkout page increases, you should enable plugins one by one and test them along the way. This should allow you to isolate the issue.

    At this point, this is the next step in troubleshooting and we need to know this has been done and the results.

    Hi Bob,

    I try ” Woocomerce enabled and Jetpack enabled and Default theme enabled the result – 12 second “, I disable Jetpack result 2 seconds.

    Our developers have identified an issue with the way Jetpack syncs site data, which can cause a delay in the checkout on some sites. We are planning some improvements which will help with this, but we don’t have a timeline for that at the moment.
