    Hi there,

Your Jetpack connection is looking good so the problem is not there. But it could be because of any different plugin/your theme.

The quickest way to figure out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict. I know it’s less than ideal, but could you please try the following:

Temporarily deactivate all the site’s plugins except for Jetpack and clear your browser’s cache. Then try checking the slideshow again. If it works, then we’ll know that another plugin is conflicting here. You can re-enable your plugins one by one, trying checking slideshow in between, until you find the one causing the conflict. You can leave it disabled or reach out to the plugin developer for a fix.

If disabling plugins doesn’t help, it may be the theme. Temporarily switch your theme to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-One. Then try checking the slideshow again. If it works, then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you can reach out to the theme developer for a fix.

Okay, this is working with Twenty Twenty-One.
My theme is Flatsome : https://themeforest.net/item/flatsome-multipurpose-responsive-woocommerce-theme/5484319

And to be even more precise, this is a problem with Flatsome Child and not Flatsome.
So I have a theme change somewhere that is causing this problem obviously, can you give me some hints on where to look and what to look for?

JetPack is still using jQuery Migrate ?

    Hi @maxence1502,

Thanks for the screenshot! Let’s see if we can avoid a theme change — we can point you in the right direction on where to find a similar theme for you if that’s the case.

Did the error occur if you tick on the box settings, and disable jQuery Migrate?

You can also try enabling this plugin and see if that helps:

Let me know what you find out, thanks!

Yes I have the error when I ticket this box.

Is it possible to update JetPack to make it working with an updated version of WordPress ?

    Hi @maxence1502,

From what I can see your WP core and Jetpack were just updated to their latest versions. We shipped a new update for Jetpack just last night, you want to update it right away, but I don’t think that would make any major difference for your issue.

Have you tried the plugin I mentioned in my previous reply? If that doesn’t work, you can try another theme while reporting the issue to theme author(s): they may be able to help too.
