Approximately several months ago, my site stats stopped showing up on both my dashboard and when I click into Jetpack/Site Stats. I’ve tried deactivating/reactivating, and even uninstalling Jetpack and re-installing. It doesn’t seem to work. It just shows a blank white space on the dashboard, and the “spinning” icon on the site stats page, that indefinitely goes. Clicking onto the link that says “View stats on WordPress.com right now” does load the stats.

I’m an admin on another site – using the same computer and same browser – and is a subdomain of my main URL but that one is not affected. That one shows the stats perfectly fine.

The site URL that’s affected is justalillost.com

    Thanks!

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Your site doesn’t seem to be properly connected to WordPress.com at the moment. Could you try the following:

    1) Go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard
    2) Click on “My Jetpack” at the top of the page.
    3) Click on “Disconnect Site from WordPress.com” if your site is currently connected to WordPress.com.
    4) Confirm the disconnection.
    5) Click on the Connect button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.

If that doesn’t help, can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!

I tried the first section and unfortunately it didn’t seem to work.. going to try the debug option now and let you know how that works out!
