    Hello,

It seems something has gone wrong while updating my wordpress install and upgrading the jetpack plugin. The old stats seem to be ‘gone’ and i’m seeing stats as if I just started tracking visits for the first time.

After doing some research I found that my jetpack stats seem to be connected to the wrong site-id. I went to wordpress.com and viewed the stats there. When I enter the old site-id, I get to see the ‘you are not a member of this blog’ message.

I also sent a support request from the wordpress.com site but there was no answer.
Is there anything somebody can do to help this issue? Otherwise I just lost 6 years of visitor information.

Thanks for any potential help you can provide ??

    selfhosted blog url: nocreativity.com/blog
    old/correct site-id (of which i’m no longer a member): 3978123
    new/wrong site-id (which i’m currently seeing): 67908399

    Howdy,

Sorry about the delay on the forums. It looks like one of my colleagues was able to take care of you via e-mail. Is there anything left outstanding that I can help with?

    Cheers!
