jetpack site stats dropped after 301

Performed a 301 to post name instead of category and subcategory including amp redirect rule. (Same domain just redirects to /post).

Everything works, traffic in analytics went up.

However in jetpack the traffic has dropped below 50%.

Anyone has any idea of why this happen? I read a few posts with issues like this but haven’t come across any solutions.
