I can’t get access to the admin page when the Jetpack is active

Could you let me know what happens when you try to access your dashboard? Do you get an error message, or a blank page?

P.S.: It’s worth noting that we reply to every thread from the oldest to the newest. Every time you bump a thread, it goes back to the bottom of the queue, so I’d recommend against it.

Is it suitable to give an access to the blog admin if this will help you to solve the problem ?

Could you check your server error logs around the time when you experienced the issue, to find out more about that blank screen, also known as “White Screen of Death“?

If you don’t know how to access your server error logs, your hosting provider should be able to help.
