Jetpack Shortlink Disappeared

    Hi Brad,

    Are you using the default block editor, or the classic editor plugin? And are you using the WordPress.com ->My Sites interface or WP-Admin?

    The screenshot you’re referring to above is specifically for the Classic Editor in WP-Admin. In the block editor you need to click the Jetpack icon at the top to find Jetpack-specific editor options like this one.

    In the Classic Editor in the WordPress.com interface the shortlink can be found under the Sharing section of the editor settings.

    Thanks @kokkieh It works now. Not sure what happened but it reappeared after i published the post. Wasn’t there on draft even though i saved the draft several times.

    Hmm. I can see the shortlink on a new draft post, even before I’ve added any content, so that doesn’t sound right.

    If it happens again, please let us know – in that case we’ll need to know your site’s address, the title of the draft post, and details on which editor you’re using, so we can investigate.
