Jetpack Share not showing everywhere

Hi,

I just set up this site https://www.agustr.com and I want to use jetpack share. The share buttons show up as they should on https://www.agustr.com/blog but not on the single posts: https://www.agustr.com/tiny-little-post-see-sharing-buttons-appear/

what could cause this?
the theme I am using is Portfolio Press and I have just tweaked a tiny bit with the CSS.
