Hi there,
The JetPack settings tab has no such option. All I see are tabs on “Writing” and “Sharing”.
This is when you’re looking at wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/settings
? You should see four more tabs on that page besides Writing and Sharing settings. You can also configure these settings from the WordPress.com interface at WordPress.com ->My Site ->Tools ->Marketing ->Traffic (https://wordpress.com/marketing/traffic
). Can you access that page?
Can you give us your site’s URL so we can check your Jetpack connection from our end?
This problem is all part of trying to get the site secured so that it no longer says “Not Secured”.
None of the site verification tools included in Jetpack can have any effect on whether or not your site shows as secured in a browser. That depends on your SSL certificate, and whether or not unsecure content is being loaded by your site regardless. If you’re having problems with your SSL it’s best to contact your host directly for help, as that’s where your SSL is configured.
The site verification tools are a SEO feature, not a security feature, and simply a way to verify with search engines that you own the site, giving you access to some tools and analytics in the webmaster tools provided by those services.
