Jetpack Set Up Issue

    Hello!

    Recently I had our website redone and noticed that Jetpack was not installed and working. It was already on the WP menu on the Left but it had not been set up on the new site. On our old website we had Jetpack setup along with the mobile app. Now I can’t get Jetpack set up on the site or mobile app.

    When I click on Jetpack on the left WP menu I’m taken to a page that has a black button and says “Jetpack Set Up”. When I click that button I’m then taken to a page that says, “Completing Setup, Jet Pack is completing setup” then shows my correct website address and shows how I’m connecting (user account) and email below that. There isn’t a progressing bar or spinning icon and the screen never updates. I have to click the return to site button leave.

    Any help would be much appreciated.
