    Hi,

We’re using Jetpack Search and love the tool but miss one feature very much. Let me explain:

Suppose we have a website with category ‘books’. A visitor is looking for that category and sees the search engine when he enters our homepage. He thinks: “hey, handy. He enters the word ‘books’ and clicks on enter.” The visitor expects to be see the books-category in the search results. But instead he only gets posts containing the word ‘books’ presented by Jetpack search. So the users doesn’t get what he wants.

I think Jetpack Search would be much better if it would also check category’s and terms for the search term entered by the user. And if a slug contains the keyword, it should present this category or tag on top of the search results.

Just like Google does, or Bing if you want. ?? Users expect this.

Is there any chance that your tool will get this functionality? I asked this question shortly after the launch of Jetpack as well. Since a lot of time has gone since then (and I think this really this is an important functionality) I decided to ask again. I hope you don’t mind.

    Regards, Yuri
