    Hi team,

I am getting a warning on the security and Performance tab of my blog as under:

The scheduled event, jetpack_sync_full_cron, is late to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.

    Please guide.

    Many thanks!

Hi – I don’t see any connection issues with the Jetpack plugin. It could be helpful to reinstall Jetpack. This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Thank you!

I tried, the same – the Info tab on Site health reads ‘Good’ but status keeps reading “results are still loading”. I’ve tried it multiple times – shall check again.

As for Jetpack, while I am no longer getting this error but my social count is not reflecting currently. It is showing a lower number than the actuals.

    Thanks again for your help!

Do the results finalize if you use a different browser?

Yes, this issue is irrespective of the browser.

    Hi there,

my social count is not reflecting currently. It is showing a lower number than the actuals.

How can you tell that your social numbers don’t match?

The email and social subscribers I have aren’t reflecting – I was seeing 8k as Twitter followers for instance, while I have 10k. Aside from that Jetpack is messing up multiple other plugins – for instance, Site health keeps showing ‘checking’ while reporting 2 pending tasks sans an update.

Let’s check one issue at a time. Right now you have both Stats and Publicize disabled so I can’t see what’s going on with your followers. Can you enable both those features so I can have a look?

I have enabled both the features – please check now.

    Thank you!

Publicize is still disabled on the site, so any connected followers will not be reflected in the subscriber total.

Publicize must be enabled and connected to a social network for its followers to be added to your total.
