Jetpack Related Posts Not Showing

    Jetpack Related Posts show in Customizer view, but the moment I close the Customizer, there are no related posts visible.

    I’ve checked with theme support and they said:
    I reviewed your website, and the display:none; CSS is coming from Jetpack itself. Check the screen recording for reference:?https://share.zight.com/xQuQ1o6r

    I’ve disconnected and reconnected Jetpack. What else should I try?

  • Hi @gretchenlouise,

    The issue with Jetpack Related Posts not displaying outside of the Customizer can often be due to CSS conflicts or caching issues. Since it appears that display:none; CSS is coming from Jetpack, the first step is to rule out any caching problems. Please flush any caches that you might have on your site, including page, browser, plugin, and server-side if applicable.

    After clearing the cache, check your site again to see if the related posts are showing. If they don’t, I’d suggest temporarily disabling plugins such as WP Rocket, Redis Object Cache, and others.

    Meanwhile, you can also test using a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Four, and see if that affects it.

    Strangely enough, the Related Posts all of a sudden began appearing! So this issue is currently resolved.
