Jetpack Related Posts Doesn't Work

I checked your site connection and everything seems to have been synced properly so it should be working for you. Can you try these steps to troubleshoot your problem?

1. Disable all other plugins, then checking to see if the Related Posts displays. If it starts working properly, turn your plugins back on one-by-one until you see them disappear again. Then note the plugin that caused this error and get in touch with us. Sometimes Jetpack and other plugins are incompatible; just let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

2. If the plugin step above doesn’t help, try activating Twenty Fifteen (one of the default WordPress themes) temporarily as your theme. Then check again. If it starts working, likely something in your theme is broken and you should get in touch with your theme’s author.

I followed the steps you suggested but still not working.

Can you clarify – when you said “I followed the steps” – did that also include switching your theme?

If you didn’t see anything after switching your theme, can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

To do so, follow these steps:

1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard (Jetpack -> Jetpack).
2) Scroll down to the footer of the page and click the “Debug” link (shown here: https://d.pr/i/1clnL ).
3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

Yes, I switched my theme to Twenty Fifteen but nothing changed. I also disabled all the other plugins but that didn’t worked too.

I contacted Jetpack support. Thanks so much..
