Jetpack Related Post Not Showing

    I searched for this topic and found some answers but nothing seems to work for me.

    I can see the related post when I customize it, but it doesn’t show up at the end of my post.

  • I’m seeing an error in your Jetpack connection. Would you please disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack? You can follow these instructions to do that:

    Thanks for your reply!

    I followed the instruction to disconnect and reconnect. Didn’t work.

    I also deactivated, deleted and reinstalled the JetPack plugin. Still didn’t work.

    Related posts at the end of your posts are loading fine on my end and your Jetpack connection has no error anymore. If you’re still unable to load them please clear your browser’s cache and try again.

    It is only showing on some posts so it’s hit or miss. And I do have enough posts in each category for it to work.

    Also, the related post is showing posts that are not even in that category. For example: I am reading a post in the “make money” category, but all the related posts at the bottom are about “blogging tips” category.

    Related Posts works off a formula that takes tags and categories into account first, followed by keywords in the post title, then keywords in the context.

    If there are not enough related items in the categories and tags, it will move on to those other items, and if there are not enough items overall, it may appear blank.

    Can you give us a link to one or two posts where these consistently fail to appear?
