    Good day,
    
    When I create a quote from a quote template using the template builder, images do not appear on the quote pdf. There is what appears to be a placeholder but no image.
    
    Can anyone please assist?

    This only occurs on the download pdf quote option and on the emailed pdf quote received.

    The error message on the pdf is “image not found or type unknown’. This error message is displayed over the image placeholder, a rectangle where the image is supposed to display.

    I have tried the following image types which have all resulted in the same outcome:
    JPEG
    GIF
    TIF
    BMP

    However, on the e-mail sent I have the option to view the quote and this displays the logo. The logo is also displayed on the quote edit screen option, “Share the Link or preview”. So this problem only exists on the pdf quote that is e-mailed or downloaded.

    It appears that there is no solution to this bug? How can I use a CRM system that I am unable to quote from?
