jetpack publicizes uses my old WP URL

    Hi there! My website sachinmayi.com used to be on a different server when it was still in development. I installed jetpack on that URL and when the website was finished, I changed the URL to the main domain. However, the publicize tool keeps on using the old URL.. and the links which are publicized are dead links. i hope you could help ??
