Jetpack Publicize Won't Allow Edit After Save

I’m running Jetpack on my WordPress install. I have other plugins like WordFence and SlimStat. I have trouble shot this by Deactivating ALL plugins and the issue persists.

When I create a new Post I can click “Edit” for Publicize and select the social media accounts and edit the Custom Message. HOWEVER, once I SAVE the post I can make NO CHANGES to the Publicize details at all.

This is the case for both DRAFT and SCHEDULED status posts. Once I save a post I can no longer make changes to any of the Publicize details for that post. This is not limited to saving, leaving the page, then coming back. It’s an instant lock down after save.

I have followed ALL of the troubleshooting tips. I’ve checked the XMLRPC. I’ve deactivated all plugins and then tested, only to have issue persist.

It’s reasonable that Publicize details would be locked in once a post status becomes Published. But not so for Draft or Schedule. I’ve saved a draft and then gone, “Wait I don’t want this to go to that Twitter account.” And, “Oh, I forgot to add hashtags to the Custom Message”. But I can’t go in and make those Publicize changes because ALL the details are now locked down now that I saved.
