JetPack Publicize Not Working After Latest Plugin Update

Hi!

It looks like Facebook isn’t happy with one of the tags output by Nextgen Facebook :

The parser’s result for this metadata did not match the input metadata. Likely, this was caused by the data being ordered in an unexpected way, multiple values being given for a property only expecting a single value, or property values for a given property being mismatched. Here are the input properties that were not seen in the parsed result: ‘fb:admins’

I’m not sure that this is the rason for the failure, however. Can ou try deactivating Nextgen Facebook and then Publish a new post, just to remove that variable temporarily? We’ll see if it gets Publicized then or not. Otherwise, I don’t see any clear reason why it would have failed. Thanks!

Hi there, so i published a new post today after disabling Nextgen facebook and nothing published via jetpack. Not sure what do to next. Please advise? it has not published to any networks…Not twitter, google plus, facebook, etc…

I’ve turned the plugin back on since it wasn’t the issue.

Could you try to reset your Publicize connections, as explained here, and give it another try?

That didn’t work either. This is a really huge issue. I feel like i can’t be the only one.

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
5) Click the “Contact Support” button.
