  • I have the same issue, probably after upgrading WordPress

    I’m still on 4.5.4 and it stopped working on that version after the plugin update to 4.3.1

    jepp, the same here… although not sure if wp or the theme decode is the culprit…?

    Same problem here! ??

    Tried the normal troubleshooting steps of disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack to wordpress.com, then deleting and re-adding each social media account, to no avail. There’s no additional OpenGraph info on the pages, just Jetpack’s, so no conflict there. Facebook and Twitter link debuggers flag no errors.

    Wordpress 4.6.1
    Jetpack 4.3.1

    Been a problem since about September 16 or so. Pretty sure I upgraded wordpress on the 12th, and publicize kept working for a few days…

    Hope a fix comes soon!

    @uskiwiman: Thanks for the report! Can you try using our beta plugin? You can find a download link and instructions here:
    https://jetpack.com/download-jetpack-beta/

    The beta plugin includes some fixes our developers have been working on for these kind of reported issues. As a result, using it should likely cause these problems to be resolved.

    Once you install and activate the beta plugin, go to Jetpack -> Jetpack Beta and choose “Tagged Beta Releases” and make sure the “Auto-Update Jetpack when new betas are available” is checked and click the “Save my choice” button.

    After you’ve installed it, can you let me know if any of your current issues persist? If they do, please reply back and we can dive back into the problem.

    Once we have a new release of Jetpack that addresses these problems, you can deactivate and delete this plugin.

    Please let me know about the above, and we can go from there!

    My feeds just spontaneously began working again, this afternoon. Maybe all I had to do was complain publicly? ??

    Anyone else seeing it working again?

    Don’t want to hijack the thread, but we’ve had the same issue since updating to WP 4.6.1 & JP 4.3.1. Reset connections, reinstalled Facebook app etc, still not posting.

    Will try the beta.
