• Hi all,

I’ve recently just started using my blog again and I’ve noticed that I can’t re-connect my social networks to publicize any more. Well, that’s kind of a lie. Sometimes it works, but it;’s about 1 in 20, and the actual posting to social networks is sporadic too.

When I try connecting, I get the message suggesting something has gone wrong, with an Error code: -32300.

I’ve taken some of the advice I could find via googling, and have disabled the plugins that specifically haven’t been tested against Version 4 of wordpress, and have even tried a different theme, so I ruled that out. The issue remains.

    help? Anything would be appreciated.

I’ve managed to keep clicking and get it to connect to my social networks, and they “seem” to post when I do, however, I’m worried that it will miss some as I ramp up and I’ll have to re-publish.

    Thanks.

It seemed that you ran into an issue we’ve been having with a few GoDaddy sites in the past few days.
Jetpack uses your site’s XML-RPC file to communicate with WordPress.com. Unfortunately, requests to your site’s XMl-RPC file return time outs from time to time.

We contacted GoDaddy to let them know about the issue, but until they fix this issue WordPress.com might indeed have trouble contacting your site.

I’ll get back to you as soon as we get a reply from GoDaddy about this.
