Today users of my site reported to me that they are seeing this message every volota they try to access the site. I myself as admin have had the same problem, apparently only for the mobile version.

“Your ip address has been flagged for potential security breaches. You can unlock your access by emailing yourself a special link.”

I solved it by changing my profile password, but users were alarmed and I myself do not understand the reason for this alert.

Has this happened to anyone? What does it depend on and how can it be solved?
    Thank you

Hey @73matt – It appears IP might be blocked for trying an incorrect username or password several times in an incredibly short amount of time. Basically, that’s how this security feature works, only it’s assumed an attacker would be trying incorrect details at this rate, not you.?

May I know your site address to check if the configuration for your site is correct for Jetpack Protect settings?

Also for the moment, if you want your users to access the site, you may disable the Jetpack Protect.
