    Hi @uneikjewellery

Looking at your site, I can see that you don’t have server credentials saved with Jetpack. In order to run auto-fixers (where available) to clean your site, you will need to add credentials.

We have information on how to do that here:

You will need to confirm your server credentials with your hosting provider and then enter them here. You will need the following information:

    • Protocol: This will be FTP, SFTP, or SSH (SSH or SFTP is preferred)
    • User: Make sure this user has read and write access to your WordPress instance.
    • Password: If you’re using SSH credentials, this password is optional.
    • Host/IP Address: If you’re using Cloudflare, please make sure to get the IP address for the server where your site lives. Cloudflare’s proxy doesn’t work with a URL.
    • Port: If you’re using FTP, this is usually 21. If you’re using SFTP or SSH, this is usually 22. Double-check with your host to ensure you have the right one.
    • SSH Private Key: If you’re using SSH, make sure that your SSH private key is not password protected and using OpenSSH format. Encrypted private keys and/or keys in PuTTY format are not supported.
    • WordPress Path: The WordPress path should point to the folder on your server where your WordPress instance lives.

Lastly, since you have a paid Jetpack plan, you are entitled to priority support. Please reach out via this contact form so that we can assist you more efficiently:

When you reach out, please include a link to this thread.

    Thanks!
