JetPack Problem

    I cannot get into my site at all. I get the following error message:
    Fatal error: Cannot find a library with slug admin-pages/class.jetpack-landing-page. in /home/content/93/9337593/html/ericyoffie/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/require-lib.php on line 27

    ?I tried uploading and installing Jetpack 3.4.3 manually, but it did not get me into my site.

    I did not delete the old Jetpack before uploading a new folder because I am worried about losing all of my widgets.

    Please let me what to do next. Thank you.

  • You need to delete the old jetpack folder – the settings are saved in the DB so you won’t lose those.

    I am getting the same sort of issue but with it stating line 35. This plugin update broke my site. It was down for a while, I couldn’t even log into the back end. Once the host provider could get into it, he had to change the name of the plugin in order to allow me to log into the site.

    Hi, I deleted the old folder and uploaded the new folder and my site came back up. Thank you!
