Jetpack posting duplicate posts on Twitter

Hi, I’ve been having this problem with Jetpack posting twice on Twitter.
E.g. see https://twitter.com/sabhlok/status/1249904713786687493 and https://twitter.com/sabhlok/status/1249904709915291648
I’ve disconnected and re-connected Jetpack – doesn’t help.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
