• I am attempting to set up a custom Contact Form using Contact Form 7, but also using the from email address given by Jetpack’s Post by EMail module…

I can, using CF7, as tests, modify in the custom form both the from and to fields to any email address I desire (that I have access to) but for some reason, even though the form validates and notes the email was sent, I do not get a pending post (using the pending post tag) when the to field is the JP email address…

(note the posts will all be pending and only posted after my review and from only known users, etc..)

I have tested all the tags by sending from a local email client to the post by email address, and it works fine…

My only thought is to include a custom mail or header tag (or other tag) in the email being sent from CF7 (user-agent???), but would need confirmation from JP folks…that they are not blocking such…and if not how to rectify this issue…

    Correction to first paragraph:

I am attempting to set up a custom Contact Form using Contact Form 7, but also using the to email address given by Jetpack’s Post by EMail module…

I am trying to do the same thing, with the same problem.

I have a form from Contact Form 7 sending to my secret post-by-email address. The posts never appear. If I change the form to send to my personal email account, the email arrives as expected. If I forward the output of my form from my personal email address to the secret post address, it appears successfully as a pending post, having correctly interpreted all of the various shortcodes.

    This is awfully frustrating.
