Jetpack Plugin & WP stats HELP

    I am trying to use the WP app to keep track of my blog stas… But it says I need Jetpack. Installed and activated, but getting an error message when I try to connect it to my site, possibly due to a problem with my host site (bluehost) they told me the problem wasn’t with them… I have know clue where to go from here…

    Hello,

    Do you have a wordpress.com account?

    Jetpack is provided by wordpress.com, so you will need to make a wordpress.com account and then you can go into your existing site and connect jetpack to the wordpress.com account.

    Also if you have any blocks in your .htaccess like:

    <Files “xmlrpc.php”>
    Order Allow,Deny
    deny from all
    </Files>

    you will either need to remove that, or add automatics(wordpress.com/jetpacks) IPs so that t they are not blocked.
