Jetpack plugin not allowing to edit with brizy

I am unable to use brizy to edit my website. I contacted brizy support and they said to try disabling recently added plugins until I find the one causing the issue. I found that jetpack and jetpack boost were causing the problem. They told me to contact Jetpack to ”?relax the security restrictions to allow Brizy editing.” I asked my website host and they said it had to be done through jetpack. How do I go about changing these settings? This error is affecting my business so I need to get it fixed as soon as possible.
