Anyone having trouble with plugins. Both my Jetpack and Yoast plugins disappeared, and now when I try to re-download, it says “Failed Update” with a message that says: “Installation failed: Inactivity Timeout Inactivity Timeout Description: Too much time has passed without sending any data for document.”

    Anyone having trouble?

    Hey there, @ymorbeauty!

Thank you for reaching out to us about this. I’ve checked a couple of my test sites, and wasn’t able to replicate any of these issues.

I would recommend contacting your hosting provider. It seems like there may be an issue with your WordPress installation, or the server it is hosted on.

Please let us know if we can help with any Jetpack issues! ??

Hey! If I tried using a manual way and got this:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Jetpack_Widget_Conditions in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas12_data02/35/41944035/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/widget-visibility/widget-conditions.php on line 8

Does that help figure out the issue?

That’s an unusual error – thank you for sharing that! If you are manually reinstalling Jetpack, please make sure you completely delete the contents of this directory:

    wp-content/plugins/jetpack/

It’s important that any old/incorrect files are removed, before manually uploading the plugin again.

If you’re still seeing that fatal error, please also let us know:

    – what page(s) you are seeing it on
    – what you did before you got to that page

Thank you! Looking forward to figuring this out together. ??
