Most likely, it is because your server failed in some way during the WordPress plugin upgrade process. You’ll need to access your site via FTP and delete the Jetpack folder within /wp-content/plugins/

If you’re unsure how to access your site via FTP, your hosting provider should be able to help point you in the right direction.

    Cheers!
