jetpack plugin conflicts

    I am running the corporate blue theme and I have recently installed Jetpack 2.0. When I try to connect to my wordpress account I get the following error:
    The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [HTTP 408].
    My site is running fine, and before installing jetpack, wordpress stats worked fine as well. I have deactivated all the plugins and jetpack still won’t work. I really don’t want to go through the trouble of uninstalling all my plugins and risk losing data. Below is a list of the plugins I am running. Does anyone have an idea of where the conflicts might be?
