    Dear Jetpack Team,

A few days ago, the titles and IDs in my wordpress post and page dashboard started to show vertically. While I had this problem before, this time I was not able to solve it by opting out fields in the display options.

I’ve been running a test and disabled all plugins to see if a plugin conflict is responsible for the issue. Turns out it was the Jetpack plugin causing the title and ID row to break.

My best guess is that the “edit with Blaze” option below the post and page titles is responsible for the vertical display error since this option is rather new and wasn’t showing on the edit pannel before. However disabling Blaze does not solve the problem.

I kindly ask you to fix this issue because I really appreciate Jetpack as a monitoring tool for traffic statistics and don’t want to disable it. However having all my post and page titles displayed vertically in the dashboard is a real pain and inconvenience while creating and editing posts. Looking forward to your response and remain with

    kind regards,

    Miriam

    Hello @federkiel

Can you try this: Log in normally to your WordPress Dashboard. Select POSTS to display your POST LIST. Look at the top right for the word SCREEN OPTIONS. Click on the drop down menu and another menu will appear with check boxes. Uncheck a few things there, such as COMMENTS, STATS, TAGS, after unchecking one or more of these, your columns should return to normal.

Thanks, but as I already mentioned in my original post, this step wasn’t working in this specific case. The Dashboard is now back to normal for whatever reason but it clearly had to do with Jetpack since all other plugins didn’t trigger the vertical display in the test.

Hi @federkiel , if it happens again, instead of turning off the Jetpack plugin, you can also try to disable all the Jetpack modules/features (see guide) to see if that resolves the issue and try to narrow down if the problem has to do with a specific feature. Thanks!

    Hello @federkiel

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
