JetPack PDF Engine is broken

As mentioned in reply to a different thread, the JetPack PDF invoice feature is broken. All my invoices are only showing the logo and the lines. Everything else is blank. This is happening on 2 of my websites.

I have checked that the font is installed.
I have checked that it is using the default invoice-pdf.html template.
I also tried to make a copy of the template and put it in the theme as prescribed on a page here and selected that one. It is still blank.

This is critical and is the only reason I am using JetPack CRM – to send PDF invoices to customers on request.

How long is it going to take to fix this?
