I checked our Publicize logs for your last post, and it seems that both Twitter and Facebook’s checkboxes were unchecked for that post:

Could you try publishing a new post, and make sure the Publicize options appearing right above the Publish button are checked before to hit Publish?
I would also recommend completely resetting your Facebook connection to make sure it’s properly set up. You can do so by following the instructions here:
