    Some of my subscribers, all who verified/confirmed their subscriptions (they all show up as “People who follow my blog” under “Subscribers” on my Dashboard), have not been receiving the new post e-mails. I believe they all received the first since they subscribed, then none after. One of my subscribers is my husband for testing purposes; he has said he only received first (the others are not in his spam folder either). Trying to get this resolved so I can proactively start gaining more subscribers.

    Can you send me an email via this contact form and mention this thread, as well as a few examples of the email addresses that didn’t receive a subscription email? I’ll be happy to take a look at our email logs to find out what happened.

    I have been having the same problem. I am the Admin of the site and I also have different email as the notification of the new posts and nothing is going out via email.

    Can i go back to a previous version of jetpack to fix this?

    You could, but that won’t help as the emails are sent out from WordPress.com servers, not from your WordPress and Jetpack installation.

    Could you send us more details and examples via our contact form, as I suggested above?
