JetPack not connecting

    JetPack is not connecting, I have followed the advice given on their support page, and still not getting anywhere. When trying to contact them directly, I can’t access the contact page, I just get passed back to the “support” page. In the 17 years that I have used WordPress, I have never had this much trouble with JetPack.

    Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the trouble.

    It looks like there may be a typo in the site URL you provided. I can’t seem to find it listed as a site that has been previously connected to our systems.

    That said, what error message do you get when you trying setting up Jetpack on your site?

    Regarding the issues you mentioned about contacting us via our contact page, if you’d still like that, can you try contacting us via this link? Let us know if that still gives you trouble.
