Jetpack Non-Commercial

Hi @lilithiareviews, I checked your site, and it is still classified as non-commercial. The basic Jetpack Stats should still be accessible to you.

If you see something different, could you share a screenshot with us, please?

@akumarjain I am not sure what changed in the last few days, but the Weekly, Monthly & Yearly stats option was locked behind a paywall, now it is back to being available. It is extremely frustrating that this function keeps changing. It would be great if it just stayed accessible all the time. I shouldn’t need to trigger a support request to get assistance.

For now, this appears resolved.

I am glad to hear you can access the Stats again, and thanks for reporting this glitch of the Stats appearing and disappearing under the paywall.

We’re making some small changes in the way the paywall appears to sites when they need to upgrade, and probably your site has been affected by this. I had now made sure that your site is marked as non-commercial, so you should be all set for good.

@akumarjain @erania-pinnera I have the same issue with a site of a client of mine – marginalia.bg – non-commercial site, recently upgraded the jetpack and studently all the stats disappear, prompting me to upgrade. Take a look at the site, it is for marginal societies and groups. Please resolve :/
