    Hello,

I got a couple of this notice, but my site is not down. Reporting it just so you know. I only have a self-hosted site, and not .com site olivetjournal.com

    Hi Olivia,

We’re following up on the recent Jetpack Monitor alert we sent. It appears that your site is still down, and has been for 1 hour.

At this point, you’ll probably want to reach out to your hosting provider to determine the cause of the outage. We’ll continue monitoring your site, and will let you know when it’s up again.

We’ll continue monitoring your site, and will let you know when it’s up again.

    Cheers,
    The Jetpack Team

Jetpack Monitor checks your site every five minutes to see if it is accessible, and we check from various data centers around the world. If your site is slow to load, it could trigger a notice that your site is down. We also send a follow up email letting you know how long your site was down or inaccessible. Currently there’s no way to adjust the time that Monitor checks your site – it’s either on or off. If the frequency of notices is bothersome, you can always disable that module on the site by following the instructions here:
    https://jetpack.me/support/activate-and-deactivate-modules/

I hope that clarifies things! Let us know if we can help with anything related to the Jetpack plugin in the future!
