JetPack Mobile Theming – Custom query support?

Dear all,

I’ve been looking through the forums with no luck. I have a blog where all sections have its own page templates, using query_post() to retrieve posts and list them. Unfortunately, using the Mobile Theme that comes with JetPack does not display anything, since it seems only to work with the main loop.

Is there a way to force JetPack to also render this query_post()? If not possible no worries, I just want to confirm. But if it can be done, any suggestions?
