JetPack Mobile Theme feature breaks Google Analytics mobile tracking

  • Just noticed that when Jetpacks Mobile Theme feature is enabled, many mobile browsers do not get tracked by Google Analytics.

    I’ve tested with
    Motorola Moto X 2014 Chrome
    Motorola Moto G4 Plus Chrome
    Lumia 925, Internet Explorer

    When those browsers are in mobile mode, no data in GA.
    When changed to desktop mode, they are tracked fine.

    Implemented GATC in WordPress with Tag Manager and Duracell Tomis plugin.
