Jetpack Mobile Theme Displaying on Desktop (Can't figure out cache settings)

    I’ve researched the heck out of this but am still having problems. Occasionally, myself and some users have reported seeing the mobile theme on our desktops. I researched it and it seems to be a caching issue. I use WP Total Cache but am largely unfamiliar with what settings I’d need to change. Anyone have any tips?

    I tried deactivating WP Total Cache and activating WP Super Cache (which has dedicated mobile settings). I will see if I experience any issues and report back but any input on WP Total Cache settings or other tips is still welcome for the time being.
