Jetpack Mobile – randomly not mobile

    Hey everyone,

    Lately, I’ve been having a problem with the mobile module. It seems to disable itself from time to time. Right now when I view my site craftcore.ca , it is showing the desktop version instead of the Jetpack mobile version. When I go to the Jetpack module selection screen, it shows that the mobile version is active. I hit the configure button to resave it, but nothing changes.

    In the past, I’ve had to disable and reenable my entire Jetpack plugin in order for the mobile version to come back.

    Do you know what causes the mobile version to become disabled? Any tips on how I can get the mobile version back?

    The problem is most likely caused by your caching plugin, WP-Super-Cache. You’ll need to enable the “Mobile Compatible” options in the WP-Super-Cache options. These options are available under Settings > WP Super Cache > Advanced > Mobile Device support and Settings > WP Super Cache > Plugins > Jetpack Mobile Theme.
