Jetpack mobile app is not working in ios device.

At this point, I wonder if we may be talking about a different email address. Could you use the Help menu in the mobile app to contact us again? You can mention the ticket ID 8849652 in your message, so my colleagues will be able to connect the 2 emails and ensure we can get this fixed for you.

This is not the email you used in our previous communications, so that’s not where we sent our replies. It’s also not the email address currently in use with your site. Could you check your other email address for our replies and questions?

I have checked..but I didn’t receive anything. To this mail id, many mails are coming from chemplex.com which the new post has been created. I think that is not from your team.

I have received the mail and understood the points you have mentioned. I have checked the website, but jetpack plugin is not installed on that website. But in Android app, We have first installed the ‘WordPress website builder app’ and entered this site address, that says ‘ Jetpack installed your website..please switch to jetpack’ kind of message i have received in android mobile, once switched, it installs the ‘jetpack’ app and site is loading correcting when entered the credentials.


But our problem is in IOS device.
This flow not working in IOS device. So totally i have confused in this stage.

Flow and error message in ios:
I have the “Word Press” builder app as well as the Jetpack app on my iphone 16, IOS Ver 8.

When I launch the app I type the URL: team.chemplex.com and then enter my credentials.

It attempts to connect to the page and I get the error message “Unable to read the WordPress site at that URL. Tap ‘Need more help?’ to view the FAQ.”  This happens with both apps.

If I click on the “OK” button and then the back arrow (upper left corner),  as opposed to the continue button, it displays a new URL: https:/team.chemplex.com/wp-login.php

My credentials are listed as an administrator with the WP site, not sure if this URL is the source of giving the problems.
